Felsef\u00ee ve doktrin esaslar\u0131n\u0131 Fransa\u2019da Maurice Blondel gibi k\u0131ymetli filozoflar ile tan\u0131\u015fmas\u0131yla in\u015f\u00e2 etmi\u015ftir. Blondel\u2019dan devr ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u201cHareket Felsefe\u201dsini, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ne\u015fretti\u011fi Hareket Mecmuas\u0131nda bu felsef\u00ee d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceyi \u00e7e\u015fitli konular ile de yayma\u011fa g\u00e2ye etmi\u015ftir. Top\u00e7u, o s\u0131ralar T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki kar\u0131\u015f\u0131k siy\u00e2s\u00ee fikriy\u00e2ta yaz\u0131lar\u0131yla m\u00fcdahale etmemi\u015ftir, ama, siy\u00e2s\u00ee fikir ve ideolojiyi, kendi felsef\u00ee miza\u00e7 ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerini temel alarak tenk\u00eede tutmu\u015ftur. Top\u00e7u\u2019nun Anadoluculuk cerey\u00e2n\u0131, asl\u0131nda tamamiyle yanl\u0131\u015f ve hatal\u0131 idrake u\u011fram\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Top\u00e7u Anadolu insan\u0131n kasd ederek, Anadolu insan\u0131n\u0131n mevc\u00fbd seviyesini y\u00fcceltmek de\u011fil, fikr\u00ee ve tab\u2019en bir inkil\u00e2b ile Anadolu insan\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ve ruhen terf\u00ee ettirilmesinin l\u00fcz\u00fbmunu ima etmi\u015ftir. Bu, zam\u00e2ne k\u00fclt\u00fcr ve bilgi seviyesi k\u00e2fi olan Istanbullu cemiyyetin, aynen Anadolu\u2019ya fikren ve tab\u2019en intik\u00e2linden gaye edilmesi ile bahsinden m\u00fcrekkebdir. Bu m\u00e2n\u00e2da Top\u00e7u metin ve kitaplar\u0131nda, kasd etti\u011fi co\u011frafyadaki fikr\u00ee ve ins\u00e2n\u00ee devrimin zar\u00fbretinden bahs ediyor. Hareket Felsefesinde ise, k\u00e2inatta her \u015feyin hareket ile i\u015fleyi\u015f halinde oldu\u011funu, hareketin insan\u0131 ya\u015fayan her \u015feyden m\u00fchim \u015fey ve mevzu oldu\u011funu iz\u2019an etmi\u015ftir. Blondel\u2019dan terc\u00fbme etti\u011fi metni okurken yorumlu iktib\u00e2s\u0131n\u0131 al\u0131r isek: \u201cDaha \u00f6nce ya\u015famak istemeyi ne kabul etmi\u015f ne de talep etmi\u015ftim. Ama benden hi\u00e7bir zaman kopmayacak ebed\u00ee bir hareket d\u00fcnyas\u0131 var. Bu \u00eetibarla k\u00e2inat\u0131n zar\u00fbreti olan hareket d\u00fcnyas\u0131 vard\u0131r. E\u011fer ben hareket etmezsem, d\u0131\u015far\u0131da benim d\u0131\u015f\u0131mda hareket edenler, aleyhimde hareket edeceklerdir.\u201d Bu bak\u0131mdan b\u00fct\u00fcn yaz\u0131lar\u0131nda Top\u00e7u, hareketin insandaki zar\u00fbreti, k\u00e2inata ve onu te\u015fk\u00eel eden kuvvete tek imk\u00e2n ile ancak hareket ile cevap verilebilece\u011fini ifade etmektedir. \u0130nsan hareketinin Tanr\u0131ya ba\u011fl\u0131 oldu\u011funu, ona ula\u015f\u0131labilecek felsef\u00ee d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncenin ebed\u00ee hareket tatb\u00eekiyle beraber, yine fikrin y\u00fcce mertebesi tasavvufun yol a\u00e7aca\u011f\u0131n\u0131n hak\u00eekatinden s\u00f6z etmektedir. \u0130nsan, hen\u00fcz do\u011fmadan \u00f6nce taleb etmedi\u011fi ya\u015fama hareketini, tesl\u00eem ald\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, ondan kopamaz ve onu redd edemez. Bu y\u00fczden insano\u011flu Blondel\u2019\u0131n hareket\u2019in her \u015fey oldu\u011fu tesb\u00eetini, belki en basit felsef\u00ee konu olan \u201chareket ve aksiyon\u201d cereyan\u0131n\u0131n bu derece kuvvetli y\u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc atlam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Hareket ve mutlak i\u015fleyi\u015f, \u015f\u00e2yet k\u00e2inattan al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f ise, ona ancak hareket ile cevap vermek, zar\u00fbrettir. \u0130nsan hareketi ne derece kuvvetli olursa, Tanr\u0131ya o merhalede yak\u0131nla\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Hareket k\u0131ymeti tahr\u00eeb olmu\u015f insanda, \u0131zd\u0131rap ve elem o derece \u00fcst\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Felsefe sistemle\u015fmi\u015f \u201chareket\u201d, her \u015feyi mevc\u00fbd eden ir\u00e2denin insandaki b\u00fct\u00fcn akisi\u2019dir, denebilir.
